Cancilla serves as chief creative officer for Arc Worldwide, bringing with him a background of over 20 years spent building award-winning work. With a breadth of experience across channels, Cancilla oversees the creative craft and effectiveness of work produced for Arc Worldwide. Throughout his career, he has created work for Kellogg’s, McDonald’s, and Visa, to name a few. Notably, Cancilla won three Cannes Lions for his work on the Centers for Disease Control “Yellow Ball,” as well a North American Effie for “The Rush is Addictive” for the Kawasaki Ninja 300.

Fry leads the retail production group for all of Arc Worldwide Chicago, servicing clients such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, MillerCoors and P&G. Fry also sits on the newly-formed Publicis Communications production board. Over the past seven years, Fry has implemented strong foundational processes and service models that have helped to elevate both Arc and its clients’ products and brands. Notably, Fry has lead the productions and teams that have helped Arc win numerous Effies, Reggies and POPIA awards, including the 2015 display of the year.
