Job Description

Opportunity Overview

The Senior Account Executive would have the opportunity to lead the development of new campaign work, from concept to testing to production. They’d also have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives and Brand Purpose-based activations – known at Leo as “Acts not Ads” – with the goal of providing real, human value – and resulting in brand love. 

To be successful – this Senior Account Executive would need to be a proactive, self-starter who is willing to jump in where needed to keep a project moving. They’d also need to be collaborative, and solution-oriented – someone who doesn’t take no for an answer and finds ways to make things happen!

Reporting Structure

Reports to: Account Director and SVP Account Director

Direct reports: None at the moment 

Scope of Work 

-Strategic support for Brand Purpose projects, including Brand Purpose Activations (Act not Ads)

-Original TV/OLV production, including animatics and other testing materials

-Digital work

Qualifications

Hard skills:

Brand experience, experience in developing above the line creative and campaigns that span across multiple channels (TV, OLV, digital/social)

Motion production experience required, plus if experience with remote production  

Digital experience (display banner production/trafficking and social expertise) 

Research – experience developing TV testing materials (boardomatics/animatics) for Qual/Quant research 

Soft skills:

Strong organizational and communication skills, solution-oriented.

Someone who’s interested in building a fun, collaborative team culture – This team recently hired 2 new creatives, and will have 2 new strategists transitioning on, plenty of opportunity to influence and re-build team culture.  

Any knowledge/ability mandatories:

CPG experience preferred
