For over 50 years, the Effies have been a symbol of achievement in marketing, honoring the most effective advertising work across the globe.
This year, Arc was honored with not just one Effie, but six—celebrating programs that amplified multicultural voices, provided communities with the opportunity to pursue their dreams, and redefined what “beauty” really means for all.
In partnership with Unilever, Arc won silver and bronze Effies for Untold Beauty, a Walgreens program that created a space for every shopper to feel a sense of belonging in store by seeing their own beauty experiences reflected back to them, Positively Real, a CVS program created to rekindle beauty confidence and champion the power of being your authentic self, and Scents of Confidence at Kroger, created to help parents set their tweens up for success when it comes to personal hygiene care.
And last, but certainly not least, H-E-B’s Barber Bracket continued to make an impact with a bronze Effie, showing how the search for the next great barber can empower entire communities and provide fresh opportunities for sports fans and shoppers alike.
