You will be a part of a best-in-class commerce experience practice, pulling from the leading minds within Publicis Groupe s media agencies (Publicis Media, Spark, Starcom, and Performics).

This role will be critical in building distinct and industry-defining commerce media strategies at Arc while leveraging the tools and knowledge across Publicis Groupe. You will work cross-functionally with Arc s business leadership, strategy, creative/content, data/technology, and analytics teams to create commerce media solutions for major retail environments and omnichannel commerce ecosystems.

The ideal candidate understands how to navigate the dynamic and rapidly evolving commerce media landscape. You are a versatile media expert who specializes in building and advising on retail media strategies across search, onsite media, DSPs, and national media integration.

Utilizing your deep knowledge and experience across retail ecosystems, you will be responsible for integrating the appropriate media vehicles to deliver holistic marketing strategies that drive business outcomes including share growth, household penetration, and ROI.

The ideal candidate also has experience communicating with and presenting to executive-level stakeholders on a regular basis. You are able to conduct meetings and presentations, collaborate on marketing strategies, and influence cross-functional teams and partners.
