Job Description
Arc is looking for a strategic, client-facing Media Analytics and Insights Manager to parse and analyze commerce media data, develop insights, and manage reporting for our high-profile CPG client!
In this role you will review, parse, analyze interpret, and report data related to commerce media initiatives. You will manage and align taxonomies across agency, client, and IAT partners, categorizing and mapping data to ensure clean data sets and reliable reporting.
In close collaboration with Account, CX Media teams, and Client Analytics teams, you will foster cross-functional partnerships to design and implement analytics solutions across a variety of commerce and retail media campaigns. You will lead analytics and data foundations for things like MMMs, CMMs, quarterly reporting, etc, and will support internal measurement solution product builds and execution.
You will leverage your deep industry knowledge with your advanced data collection and modeling capabilities to drive and oversee the execution of client global reporting (MMMs, CMMs, etc.), utilizing multiple data streams like retail media networks’ API/Dashboards, third-party measurements, and first-party client data.

PLEASE NOTE: While there are no specific location requirements for this role, the client and team operate on East Coat hours and applicants should be willing to accommodate that schedule. Priority will be given to candidates who are commutable to a Publicis Groupe office and willing to commit to a 3 day/week onsite hybrid schedule.
ALSO NOTE: This role requires prior experience working within commerce media, CPG, and/or retail industries, either client-side or as an agency partner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing Science, Economics, or a related field; experience may be substituted.
- Certification in analytics or data science (e.g., AWS Certified Data Analytics, Certified Analytics Professional) preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or consulting, with a specific focus in CPG, retail, and/or commerce media industries; prior advertising agency experience preferred but not required.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, delivering advanced analytic solutions for CPG/retail clients.
- Prior experience in the CPG/retail sector with an understanding of industry-vertical business processes (e.g., sales, distribution, supply chain, trade marketing) and a passion for leveraging data to drive innovation in the industry
- Experience working with data and reporting contained within various retail media networks (such as Target Roundel, Walmart Connect, Amazon, etc.) as well as third party platforms and other trending industry software solutions.
- Deep experience with mapping and categorizing data across multiple taxonomies to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Expertise in brand tracking studies, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), brand lift studies, balancing advertising and promotion goals, brand equity/brand building, performance marketing metrics, analytic frameworks and measurement models used in the CPG/retail sector
- Applied knowledge of advanced analytics methods and tools that enable audience segmentation, budget scenario planning, data ingestion and categorization, and test & learn experimental designs.
- Proficiency in specialized data and reporting tools including SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, PowerBI, GenCanva, and DataBricks.
- Practical experience and understanding of the general AdTech/MarTech platform and vendor landscape (e.g., clean rooms, AMC, LiveRamp, Adobe, Salesforce), data cloud/mesh/lakes (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS), and data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
- Experience working within a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team on shopper-focused campaigns.
- Comfort operating with a high level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability.
- A natural sense of urgency with an ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within tight deadlines and constantly-evolving project parameters, scope, and goals.
- Flexible and adaptable with an ability to manage and drive success across multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Highly collaborative but independently capable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and operationalization of reporting services to build high-quality, consistent analytics solutions and help strengthen the core of our analytics offerings.
- Serve as a key resource to organize and measure individual commerce media program results and provide performance insights.
- Own data collection, ingestion, categorization, and reporting for client global analytics and enforce data governance and taxonomy across retail media data, including RMN first-party and third-party vendor data.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and client teams to design and develop cutting-edge analytics solutions.
- Use data storytelling to communicate with a variety of different audiences and stakeholders based on their unique needs, be it internal teams, client marketing managers or client analytics teams.
- Integrate data and technology to help drive analytics development and learning roadmap creation, collaborating across teams to deliver data solutions that enhance client business outcomes.
- Spearhead any future development, testing, and assessment of analytics platform capabilities, productivity tools, and applications to drive impactful results.
- Propose and own the utility of analytic frameworks tailored to address specific client needs within the CPG & Retail vertical.
- Use category knowledge to assess current capabilities and data science offerings internally at Publicis and provide thought leadership/POV on any new platforms, systems, etc.

Compensation Range: $88,540-$127,155 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
