Communication Designer

As our Communication Designer you aren’t just designing presentations, you are telling stories. From a Brand Love Romance, Strategic Thrillers to Media Mysteries for some of the world’s biggest brands. Conceptually and visually telling a tale the audience can’t turn away from. Partnering with the best Creatives, Business Leads and Growth team in the biz to bring all the characters to life in a visually dynamic way, that have the view engage with every click of the slide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Concept, Design and Visual Communication: Communication Designer must have a strong sense of design, layout, and visual hierarchy. Sometimes, starting from scratch and others turning the drab to fab. They should be adept at using color, typography, and imagery to convey information and ideas effectively and create visually appealing presentations. Skilled in creating visual concepts for presentations, with the ability to synthesize data and information into compelling graphics, charts, and other visual elements to effectively convey the intended narrative and engage the audience.
  2. Storytelling and Content Organization: The ability to present complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner is crucial. Communication Designer should be skilled in organizing content, structuring narratives, and developing a compelling story that keeps the audience's attention and effectively communicates the intended message.
  3. Proficiency in Presentation Software: A Presentation Designer needs to be proficient in using presentation software such as Google Slides & Microsoft PowerPoint
    They should be familiar with advanced features and functions, including animations, transitions, and multimedia integration.
  4. Attention to Detail: Creating a polished and professional presentation requires meticulous attention to detail. Communication Designers should be able to spot inconsistencies in design, formatting, and content, ensuring that the final product is error-free and visually cohesive. Maintain and update existing presentations, ensuring all content is accurate
    and up-to-date.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to design and implement customized Google Slides and PowerPoint Solutions
  • Master of time management and calm under pressure
  • Manage ongoing presentation changes, often immediately to meet deadlines.
  1. Time Management and Adaptability: Communication Designers often work on tight deadlines and must be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively, and adapt to changing requirements. They should be able to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results within the given timeframe.

 

Qualifications

    • 2-5 years of experience as a Communication Designer
    • Expert in both Google Slides and PowerPoint.
    • Able to communicate clearly, thoroughly and succinctly both verbally and in writing; can clearly articulate an idea.
    • Shows ability to present work internally, rationalizing creative decisions to problem solving.
    • Able to accept constructive feedback and apply it to the work.
    • Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to do all of the above.

Compensation Range:  $58,500 - $80,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
