The Q2 2024 report ranks the 10 most significant commerce providers as Leaders, Strong Performers, Contenders or Challengers using 24-criterion evaluation to help business leaders select the right provider for their needs.
I am thrilled that Arc, as the leading commerce engine within Publicis Groupe driving shopper and retail innovation, has contributed to this position as a Leader.
In the report, Publicis Groupe received the highest scores possible in nine criterion within the Current Offering category, including:

This recognition across offerings is especially important. In today’s commerce landscape, it is very easy to get caught up in only Retail Media, but true excellence in commerce happens on many fronts. In fact, the Forrester report states, “The consumer lifecycle has collapsed. Customers today expect to shop and transact in every moment and channel and have their order fulfilled any way they want.” We often talk about this shrinking of the distance between craving and commerce as the driving force behind Arc’s Irresistible Commerce approach.
